the council and the landowner where Owens roadside memorial is are trying to stop the tributes being left there saying its an eyesore and a distraction.....we want to get as many signatures to keep his plaque and your tributes to him there for as long as possible, please sign and get as many people to sign.......this is the last place he was so we would like to keep it his special place please please sign and share thank you Owen wightmans family
