Our faithful security guard, Don, has been with us for a number of years and done much to protect our community. Our HOA board is trying to get rid of Don in less than 30 Days and replace him with a cheaper service with little to no notice to our Peppertree owners and renters.
We need Don and he is worth every penny and more than what we pay him. With him here, our families feel more safe and secure. We need someone who knows and cares about our community. Not some cheap service who may circle the perimeter once in a while who knows no one and nothing about each individual block of units.
Taking him away would be doing our community a huge disservice.
We have until Tuesday to file this petition with the HOA board.

Big mistake if you guys get rid of Don,in the past we had the other security company’s who only drive around pepertree a few times and that’s why you guys got rid of them in the past,I’m sure thief’s know we have a security driving around and think twice before coming here and do something. Please keep Don he es very kind and helps a lot.
It would be ridiculous to get rid of Don. He's the only one that responds when there's an issue - its hard to get a hold of anyone in the office and the police don't even respond when you call the.
I really appreciate having the same security guard who has gotten to know me and gotten to know the neighborhood, and when I mention an issue he's already on it.
I feel much safer knowing Don is patrolling our neighborhood. I know his presence is necessary and is the main reason this complex is in the state it currently is; much better than it was several years ago. Getting rid of the security will negatively alter the community atmosphere in Peppertree.
I have been in Peppertree going on almost 8 years now and this has been the safest it has ever been. If we lose Don just to save money you the people on the Board do not care for the safety of the people that live here but care more about saving money for yourselfs, so what is it.... Save Money or Have Safety

Don is very important to the safety of peppertree. His knowledge of the property and the residence is what makes him worth whatever money would be saved by taking on new security. I bought my unit 115 over 3 years ago now and one of the reasons I decided to buy here was Don. When I came to the open house he showed me around gave me some things to expect in different areas around the property. I understand we are trying to save some money but It would be foolish at the very real possibility of a rise in crime at peppertree. Please reconsider

I have owned a unit for over 20 years and have seen several security companies come through Peppertree, but nothing compares to the quality Don provides. I will seriously consider leaving this community if the HOA does not allow Don to continue to improve this area and keep my tenants safe and happy.
