We, the undersigned, wish to express our strong support for retaining Mrs. Rana Al-Baghdadi as the Principal of Al-Ameen College. Under Mrs. Al-Baghdadi's leadership, our College has thrived in numerous ways:

1. Academic Excellence: Mrs. Al-Baghdadi has fostered an environment of high academic standards, encouraging both students and staff to strive for excellence.

2. Community Spirit: Her efforts to build a strong, inclusive, and nurturing school community have been evident in the positive relationships formed between staff, students, and parents.

3. Innovative Leadership: She has implemented forward-thinking initiatives, focusing on modernising teaching methods, student engagement, and supporting the holistic development of our learners.

4. Support for our Staff: Mrs. Al-Baghdadi's open-door policy and consistent support for her staff have helped to create a collaborative and harmonious working environment, where every staff member feels valued.

Given her outstanding contributions and dedication to the success of Al-Ameen College, we believe it is in the best interest of the College community that she continues in the role as Principal. Our school community has seen many leadership changes over the past few years and stress to the decision-makers that changes in leadership are very destabilising and create uncertainty for the future of the school. As parents of children attending Al-Ameen College, we insist that Mrs. Al-Baghdadi is the ideal Principal for the Al-Ameen College Community.
