This is a petition hoping to gather enough support to prove that the dorms in Boston University need to be open for students have nowhere to stay during the breaks.

Residences and on-campus dining facilities are closed during the Thanksgiving and spring breaks. All students living on campus don’t have travel plans or don’t go back home can choose to apply for living in hotels. However,we students feel its unfair to pay extra money for the hotel or meals during the breaks, and moving in and out will always cause many inconveniences. Thus we create this petition, hoping school officials can reconsider over this policy and make some changes to serve better for students.
