12 years ago Saudi Arabia decided to donate a gift to the Arabs in Israel. New loudspeakers! Now the noice levels are so high that it is utterly disturbing to daily living. 5 times a day including at night for sometimes an hour long each time. It is impossible to not be bothered by the noice. The government doesn't seem to do much about it. Only on individual levels this problem gets resolved. A woman from Armon ha Netziv called the police so many times that eventually the speakers got turned down. It is like living next to a dance hall with music that you detest.
