Bob Kuechenberg had a brilliant career in the NFL. Bob played for the Miami Dolphins for fourteen seasons between 1970 and 1983, spending 1984 on injured reserve. Was a mainstay in a Hall of Fame line that included Hall of Famers Jim Langer, Larry Little, and Dwight Stephenson and played in six Pro Bowls in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was elected as one of the top 15 finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 but missed the cut every year. Kuechenberg attended college in the University of Notre Dame where he played both the offensive and defensive lines there, and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles as a fourth-round pick in the 1969 NFL Draft where he was quickly cut. After playing a season of Semi-Pro football with the Chicago Owls, Kuechenberg signed with the Dolphins as a free agent in 1970. He was elected twice All-Pro in 1975 and in 1978 and was elected All-AFC three times. Bob Kuechenberg deserves to be in the HOF. Please sign this petition so that we can forward it to the Miami Dolphins and also to the NFL and the the writers who will vote in 2008 for the selection to the HALL. Bob deserves this!
