This petition is to provide voice for the community of Kriewald Place located in Bexar County, Texas to make known their opinion and concern regarding the governing documents of our community and to petition for change.

This petition is to make it known the signing homeowners dispute the governing documents and request change to the Articles of Incorporation and the By-laws to ensure that only homeowners in good standing be able to hold any officer position on the board of directors for Kriewald Place.

we require the governing documents be updated as soon as possible to ensure that only declarant representative or homeowners with residence in Kriewald Place who had paid their dues be members of the board. Thus ensuring that people who have a vested interest in the community hold office and ensure our funds are being spent judiciously and to the benefit of the community as a whole.

We expect and require that any candidates to be voted in to hold office have a background check and must meet the requirements of the state of Texas in that they have not had any Felony charges brought against them.

We expect and require that any board member represent our community in a respectful manner in person, within the community and on any social media. And hold themselves in a professional manner when addressing community members, media or other professionals with which they interact and represent the community of Kriewald Place.

We the homeowners sing this petition to have our governing documents updated as soon as legally possible any member of the board not so eligible be removed from office and replaced with homeowners in good standing.

Having read the petition we hereby request our governing documents be updated and afore mentioned action to take place.
