Lana Parrilla is an incredible latina actress mostly known as Regina Mills from Once Upon a Time. Now that the show is ending, she deserves the chance to grow even more as an artist and I believe One Day at a Time is a very important show where she could show all of her potential. Working with these very talented writers and acting along Justina Machado, Rita Moreno and the rest of this precious cast would be amazing.
