Change Server Transfer Rules & Make Them Clearer

Changes to server transfer rules have resulted in family alliances being separated on the same map without any way to return. In the past alliances could transfer simultaneously without issue. Three alliances attempted to transfer from one zone to another on the same map. The system allowed one to transfer but not the other two - and the zone became locked. That alliance is now unable to transfer back to their original server despite another 3+ billion CP alliance leaving the server on the same day.

There was no warning issued prior to transfer stating that the server would be locked once one of the alliances transferred. The rules are written in a confusing ambiguous way, referring to top zones and top players and percentages but provides no insight into what the top zones are, what their CP is or whether joining a zone will lock the server. Nor is there any way to return to one's prior zone in instances like this. But the game makers are quite happy to charge $1200 USD to $2400 USD for alliances to transfer.

We hav has submitted multiple requests to Jimmie and Support without adequate assistance. It is simply a copy past exercise of the rules - without any insight into how to resolve the situation or reunite their families. By contrast, there are other servers with almost 20 billion CP and 10 alliances in the same family sitting in a single zone and even more in the same HomeWorld.

Rules like this make the game unplayable in later seasons when members are quitting regularly and the only way for alliances to grow and survive is to band together or merge.

We have lost several players already, and more including SVIP's are ready to quit the game entirely after investing 12 months and thousands of dollars building up their accounts.

We implore Last Fortress to either change the rules and make them more fair and easier to understand. There is currently no way to see what a zone's power or top 200 / top 10 commanders looks like - but the rules are based on this. This needs to be clearly visible. Alternatively, Last Fortress should at a minimum, allow zone returns within 48 hours of transfer so alliances aren't completely stranded and disadvantaged.
