Stacia Kock of WOSU recently reported on the March 1st Day of Action for Education, belittling those present as going through a phase similar to eating pizza and wearing sweatpants. Let's give the students a chance to defend themselves and explain that if a person isn't wealthy enough to afford a degree, they do not have much of a choice at all when it come to higher education. WOSU is a public station as well as a part of the University and students have a right to voice their opinions over its airwaves.

WOSU is supposed to be public radio. They need to hear from the people actually living the struggle and not just the administration.

Ridiculous to compare tuition protests to wearing sweatpants. These kids are fighting for their future while wosu stays out of touch like always.

This whole thing is so patronizing. Young people are rightfully pissed off about the cost of living and degrees. Stop silenced them.

Exactly. Choice implies you actually have the money to choose. Some of us are just trying to survive.
