Let's bring David Chow back to designing flashlights!
In 2008, David Chow revolutionized the flashlight industry when he founded 4Sevens. Many of us shared his excitement when he offered real innovation and affordable prices. Throughout the years we’ve enjoyed the utility of the various Quark models and the massive amount of illumination produced by the Maelstroms. The Minis produced incredible light in a package smaller than a set of keys.
Back then, most people relied on dual cell lights producing only 60 lumens via one mode - on. David’s Quark line provided over 200 lumens, lego-ability and a variety of modes.
Sadly, in 2018, David announced the sale of Foursevens, leaving a void not just in the innovation of flashlights but also in the community.
While there are still wonderful lights being produced by various companies, many of us felt a special connection to David, his love of this community and his innovative products.
I’ve started this petition hoping to persuade David to resume designing and producing flashlights.
If you’d like to encourage David, please add your name and favorite Foursevens product below.
