Hyde Park is one of the most dangerous areas in Leeds. This is a central student area, and with the days getting darker a lot earlier, many students have to walk home after dark. Why not supply Hyde Park with street lamps and make the place safer to walk through at night for everyone There have been countless attacks there after nightfall - most particularly on young girls and woman. This needs to be stoped, and anyone who thinks that adding lighting to the pitch-dark park would help prevent this should sign this petition!
