We apologize to our loyal patrons as we no longer can offer live music on the back deck. The city has asked us to cease and desist based on the complaints of a few neighbors. We have attempted to appease their concerns by stopping the music at 10PM sharp and primarily focusing on acoustic acts to no avail. We will be applying for a variance to continue live music and we implore everyone to have their voices heard, pro or con. We understand because of the nature of our location many “Trolley Square” residents as well as city residents do not live in the immediate vicinity. If you would like your voice heard please sign the following petition.
We love our neighborhood and community. In the last year alone we helped raise over $1 million dollars for local charities, we support every community endeavor either physically or financially and have made tremendous strides in the last year to improve every facet of what we do. In addition to the upgraded décor, service, food and libations we have limited most of the problems associated with a normal bar. Our intention playing live music during the early evening hours and weekend afternoons is to give a different demographic the opportunity to enjoy the Logan House and come into Trolley Square at an hour to residually support our friends in business. Live music is a big part of that endeavor.
The current volume of support provides the leverage required to schedule a formal meeting with the zoning board regarding our variance application. Legal counsel is now reviewing our petition data to integrate these public endorsements into our official filing.
