The NYPD is constantly attacking big music systems in cars. We only ask for a location where we can play music without disturbing the peace. This change will impact us and everyone whose are part of our community by reducing the loud music being played in the neighborhoods. For instance, it will reduce the amount of complaints received and made, by organizing the people who are interested in this expensive hobby.
