By signing this petition you are in agreement that the secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections shall establish a special prestige motor vehicle license plate for the Delta Waterfowl Foundation provided there is a minimum of one thousand applicants for such plate. By signing this petition you are agreeing to apply for a Louisiana Delta Waterfowl license plate.
