We the fans and members of the Duke Club of James Madison sports do hereby petition the athletic department to improve the video quality of MadiZone. We would like to see improvements in the video quality of the internet broadcast. Too often, we are left with a video image that is blurry and unclear in transmitting the details of live game action. We would like to see high definition or a much higher resolution video. We do not want continued scoreboard feeds during football games and get tired of the constant showing of fans during plays and/or at the beginning of plays. It’s not that we do not care about the fans; it’s just that we don’t want to miss the play.

We also feel that the audio feed needs to be fixed as there is a lot of electronic noise which makes the viewing of games uneasy to listen to.

Currently, we are being charged good money for this service ($79)  and feel that we are entitled to a product that is superior than what is currently being shown.

Many of us now refuse to purchase MadiZone subscriptions because of the poor video and audio quality. We know if this problem is fixed, we will then be more than willing to purchase a MadiZone package. It is time for MadiZone to join the 21st century and finally be a viable source for all who are not able to attend games. We hope that you will hear your fans and action is taken.
