Events connected with disruption of Dragon’s Maze set prerelease in Odessa have caused loads following questions among Ukraine Magic: The Gathering community:

Why hasn’t country got its own WotC representative and official distributor while Ukrainian players successfully perform on the world stage, win Grand Prix, participate in Pro Tours and approve themselves as qualified participants at the World Cup Championship?

Why the prices in Ukraine are the way more than in neighboring Poland, Rumania and Moldova?

Why constant prereleases delays or sets deficiency happen to be?

The whole MtG community, both players and organizers, have distrusted of Hobby World Company which makes impossible further cooperation due to the following reasons:

-Return to Ravnica prerelease delay for a rather long period of time (1,5 month);

-Deficiency of prerelease sets or its total lack (Return to Ravnica and Dragon’s Maze);

-Unreasonably high prices;

-Unwillingness to conduct constructive dialogue with MtG community;

-Total negligence towards the future of the Magic: The Gathering development, may be in order to promote own products.

As the result of internal discussion we came to a general agreeable solution to put forward following demands:

-To revoke Hobby World's status of official distributor in Ukraine;

-To provide other interested Ukrainian companies/organizations with the opportunity of official distribution of the products
