This petition is circulating to gather support for having our alleyways paved to improve property cleanliness and perceived value of property from future buyers. Signing shows your intent to approve the paving of our alleyway which carries an increase of property tax by +/- $45 monthly for 15 years (or can be paid in a lump sum of roughly $6k). It will be up to individual homeowners to have the company hired pave from the alley right up to their parking pad apron, from the "alley", though this might not be the case depending on who is hired. We will apply and get more information prior to proceeding. There is an appeal process so this can be undone if someone chooses to campaign to undo the approval, prior to the project starting.

Early indications show strong interest from our block to get rid of the mess and dust that we live with in our backyards and garages all year round.
