Mandate Election Integrity
Whereas a government official or agency can issue a mandate; and,
a mandate is not required to go through the same process as passing a law; and,
a mandate is treated and enforced as a law;
We respectfully ask State Governors to issue the following mandate:
1) Elections will be held only on Election Day
2) early voting is prohibited
3) the use of voting machines is prohibited
4) the use of mail-in ballots is prohibited
5) absentee votes are permissible (for disabled, veterans or those who can prove they're unable to vote in person on election day)
6) only a United States citizen may vote
7) a voter is required to show identification
8) a voter can vote only one time
9) votes will be preserved for potential re-count
10) any voting irregularities will be investigated by State Police
Violation of this mandate or resisting efforts to verify the election results will be punishable by a prison sentence.
