The Presidents Climate Commitment (PCC) is an institutional effort & pledge to neutralize greenhouse gas emissions. By getting Montgomery College president, Dr. Johnson, to sign the commitment, our school would complete an emissions inventory & within two years, set a target date for becoming climate neutral. Building on the growing momentum for leadership and action on climate change, the Presidents Climate Commitment provides a framework and support for America
