Minimum Wage Is Not A Minimum Issue
In 2013, there were 3.3 million Americans that lived on the fringe of society earned at the very most $7.25 an hour. In the three years after that statistic came to light, the number of Americans living on minimum wage has only gone up in the United States. Combine this with progressively negative tax trends and economic downturn will launch droves of families into shattered livelihoods, along with millions of other people. In order to end the cycle of poverty, we as a country need to make an informed decision based upon experience and knowledge. The best decision we can make is to elect Bernie Sanders as president. He plans to cure a variety of social ills that all trace back to low finances including affordable college, universal healthcare, higher taxes on the rich, and much more. By signing this petition we can make an active change on how we as a society make decisions and shape our lives.
