In 2003, the often hilarious \"This Is SportsCenter\" series of commercials featured Mr. Met and Mrs. Met (Lady Met), as well as their three children beating the traffic leaving from the SportsCenter studios. Unfortunately this in one of the only times we ever get to see the rest of the Met family. With Shea Stadium (and soon to be built Citi Field) being a place where families can go to enjoy a day out together, what better way to display that in the game festivities then to have Mr. Met actually have his own family at the games Having the Met Family at the games would be a great addition to the already lovable Mr. Met. It would excite the kids and even the grown ups in attendance. It would help create the ultimate atmosphere in a family friendly setting. People all over the world love Mr. Met and if given the chance, would no doubt fall in love with Mrs. Met and their adorable offspring, if only given the chance. Imagine if you will, being able to take a picture with your family standing next to the entire Met family. Then after the game, your kids can run the bases with the Met kids during one of the Dyna-Mets Dashes. The possibilities to excite the crowd even further are endless. So I ask for everyone
