The management team officially rescinded the policy and will now allow nail polish as long as gloves are worn. It took all 161 of you pushing back to force this change. Email your store manager to confirm the new handbook update takes effect immediately.
I have been a loyal Domino's employee for 4 years. I have not been able to wear nail polish or have my nails done in 4 years. Women like to be able to have their nails customized, with out the worry of having to take them off the next day. This petition is to revoke the ban/rule of no nails or nail polish at Domino's Pizza, when gloves are worn. If you are a female Domino's employee you understand. if you support my cause please sign this petition. i wanna see how many signatures i can get.
The stories coming in from employees across the country prove that this policy is outdated and unfair. I am currently compiling all these experiences to present to corporate leadership. Send this link to your coworkers and email your local franchise manager to tell them why the glove policy makes this rule unnecessary.

I was going to accept a job with Domino's as pizza delivery driver which I was very excited about. However after years of fake nails my nails are cracked and bleeding if I go without fake nails. I am positive the cracking, flaking, and bleeding of real nails is far more of a health hazard than gel nails would be.

I work at dominos and I’m the manager and I get yelled at for talking about getting my nails done but my gm lets an insider gets her done and he doesn’t say nothing. It’s stupid. I think if worn gloves. Having nails should be fine!

This totally bothers me. If gloves are worn It shouldn’t be an issue. Also well done and if kept filled regularly, acrylic nails are very hard to fall off, and if broken the wearer would notice and the pizza could be remake and wherever else the nail touched could be santitized and that has a slime possibility of happening anyways

The Prohibition is ridiculous. With the availability of gel polish, which never cracks or chips, there is no reason for this rule. Your competition, Hungry Howies, is absorbing your good employees, they gave no such silly rule.

Anyone should be allowed to wear properly done, reasonable nail polish. Should apply to both sexes, not just female.
