Hello my name is Steve Westley I am looking to build a new house on my site in Herne Common. I would like to turn this house into an economical 10 bedroom HMO for students or professionals, all the bedrooms will be large spacious rooms with en suites and rents will include all bills including internet. I would like to understand the communities feelings towards a need for a new build HMO. This will be a brand new building with several bedrooms built to the highest standards, we have a bus stop right outside the site and a direct route into the city of canterbury. It is a lovely area just outside of canterbury with close connections to surrounding towns and villages.
