On December 20, 2008, ]Syntax Error[, an intellectual group of Super Smash Bros. Brawl fanartists were about to release their texture hacks for Brawl. However, Nintendo threatened to throw a lawsuit if they ever released them to the public. Thus, ]Syntax Error[ was forced to close their project. Why is Nintendo doing this all of a sudden, you may ask It's because they are lacking funds! They only make $6 for every Nintendo Wii that's sold! And the only way they can think of making a profit is to threaten fanartists, who have been loyal fans and consumers of Nintendo for the past two decades What a shame. Sign this petition if you want to boycott Nintendo's products.

The sheer number of people who have signed on to hold Nintendo accountable is proof that we refuse to let these corporate bullies crush our community. Nintendo thinks they can threaten loyal fans and get away with it but they are dead wrong. We are keeping this pressure on until they stop targeting creators.

I am not signing this to boycott Nintendo for the reason listed, I am signing it to boycott them because of the pure ineptitude of the company and its workers/designers, and the multitude of problems with their systems and games that they refuse to fix. Nintendo is about profit, not the customers. As long as they can make a sale, they don't care.

Was playing Mario Kart N64 that my nephew was playing and found regardless of how well one drives, the game profoundly cheats. This is in a way theft of peoples time. This company has no right to cheat good players. I have played newer Nintendo games as well, they are junk. I would like this company shut down for its bad business practices regarding design to cheat games.

Miiverse sucks ass,not only that but Nintendo is a wimpy,sensitive,arrogant company i'm tired of all their B.S it seems that people cannot say anything on Miiverse then why the Hell do they bother having an online site if no one can say anything?.They want to dictate what people can and cannot say i'm really getting to hate Nintendo.I hope that they can cancel the N.X and just listen to Gamers for once by going Multiplatform.That's what the gamers want it's not right that Nintendo is forcing people to buy their stupid systems.Why can't they just become a Third Party so that people can play Nintendo on Xbox,and Playstation?.It doesn't make any sense Nintendo is a stupid company they've always been and they'll always be stupid!
