Dear professors, staff, faculty, students and supporters:
By signing this petition you express confidence in the NJIT Green organization's initiative to make NJIT a more green and environmentally conscious community. You believe that NJIT Green should have a significant role on campus, and you [will] support (as you see fit) the following actions by NJIT Green and the student body it composes of:
1. To reduce the production and disposal of waste throughout campus in minimalist fashion
2. To Improve recycling and waste throughout campus
3. To improve relations with Newark and neighboring municipalities to acquire our food waste for making compost.
4. To raise awareness to and educate the Student Body about waste conscious living and minimalism
