Whether it’s via text, social media or digital advertising, emojis are a significant part of how we communicate. In fact, Emogi’s 2015 Emoji Report found that 92% of the online population uses them, the biggest reasons being “to help them more accurately express what they’re thinking, and to make it easier for other people to understand them.”

At California Giant Berry Farms, we’re huge fans of these colorful icons (especially the strawberry emoji), but can’t help but wonder where the blueberry, blackberry and raspberry emojis are? Think of all the incomplete fruit salads or muffins that had to leave their blueberries behind. And what about all of the berry cobblers lacking blackberries and raspberries? Isn’t it time that we are able to show our berry love with more than just a strawberry accompanied by a blue or red heart? We think so.
