The biggest pain of school: Homework. We get a lot of it during the school year, and it never seems to end. And why it feels that way? They always give more over holidays and vacations. Vacations are the time when we are supposed to be able to rest and get away from all the work. Yet, the school makes that near impossible. Assigning book reports, essays, tests, etc. That's not a vacation, that's extra homework. When we're on holidays we should be able to get away from stress caused by homework, not create more stress. Holidays should be treated like holidays. No homework, no tests, no studying. They must forbid homework being given over every holiday for all schools and students of all ages. Including: Summer vacations, Spring Break, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Easter, New Year's, etc. Are these holidays from school? Or just ways to give children more homework?
