WE THE PEOPLE Demand a no vote on SB163 and HB 330 and any other gun control legislation that attack’s our 2nd amendment rights.

Senate Bill 163 prohibits the manufacture, sale, offer to sell, transfer, purchase, receipt, possession, or transport of assault weapons in Delaware. This bill will do nothing to stop any criminal or mentally ill person from committing these acts of violence that our legislators say they are protecting us from

House Bill 330 would make it illegal for an adult aged 18 to 20 to purchase or transfer a rifle or rifle ammunition without first receiving permission from their parent or guardian. This legislation is outright offensive and demeaning to Delaware’s young adults who are otherwise allowed to vote, join the military, and exercise every other constitutionally guaranteed right. Anti-gun legislators are playing games with the right to self-defense of law-abiding Delaware gun owners.

As somebody that’s grew up in Delaware and still call it home, I serve in the United States Marine Corps and this is something I hold to my heart, and why I do what we do. We deserve our right to bear all arms, I hope all my fellow Delawareans feel the same.

This is a absolute ridiculous bill that will do NOTHING to stop school shootings. Please don't be ignorant and do the proper research. Vote with 6our heads not your emotions. If this bill passes we will be moving and you will loss 4 voters in my home.

Guns are not the issue. Humans are the issue. Mental Health is the issue. Bullying is the issue. Government wants control and doesn’t even know what the issues are that are causing deaths. I didn’t see any bills to ban passeger jets after 9/11.

Is a violation of the rights and Delaware's own state constitution . § 20. Right to keep and bear arms. Section 20. A person has the right to keep and bear arms for the defense of self, family, home and State, and for hunting and recreational use.

This bill disgusts me. As a law abiding citizen who lives in Wilmington, and has to deal with rampsnt crime, I can't believe our state wants to strip the rights of good people who follow the law, and want to defend themselves from society's worst.

Criminals won’t obey the law. The only thing this will do is make criminals out of law abiding citizens. It’s a social problem not a gun problem. We have had these same guns available since the last 1950’s. What has changed? The guns haven’t, the people have

It’s a dumb law that only punishes law abiding citizens
