As a ratepayer of North East Lincs I object most strongly to the proposed football arena and retail store development that is planned to be situated next to Peaks Parkway/top of Weelsby Avenue.

Such a development will have a wide ranging negative effect upon residents, allotments holders, cemetery/crematorium users and countless others who use these fields for recreation purposes. This will also detract entirely from the character of this neighbourhood and cause property devaluation to those in the immediate area of Weelsby Avenue and the side streets.

Please support this petition to show the council and GTFC that a new stadium and retail store are not needed here.
