January 16, 2008 We, the undersigned, as residents of University Heights, OH, are AGAINST the Waterway Gas & Wash Company proposal to demolish the retail building at 2216 Warrensville Center Road and build a full service car wash, gas station, and convenience store facility. We feel that this proposal will negatively impact our general quality of life, our sense of safety, traffic patterns, teen loitering, and/or property values of our homes on Lansdale Rd., Bushnell Rd., and surrounding streets. We feel this unacceptable and we are asking our council members to REJECT the Waterway proposal
