We the undersigned are in FAVOR of No Idea Tavern having a block party on Saturday, July 28th, 2012, from 10am-8pm. No Idea must have the area fenced in and secured during the stated hours. The fenced in area will consist from Hanover Street and Heath Street to the end of No Idea's property. It will include the sidewalk of No Idea Tavern over to, but right before the side walk adjacent to Hanover Liquors. It will not include the sidewalk next to Hanover Liquors. The purpose of this block party is to gather before and after the Liverpool vs. Tottenham soccer match which is at 1pm on Saturday, July 28th.
