We, the undersigned, support the installation of noise barriers between Bayshore and Moodie Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, to mitigate noise levels, caused by Highways #417 and #416, that are in excess of the provincial standard in the communities of Creek's End Lane, Stonehedge, Lakeview and Crystal Beach.
