Attention!! We are being harassed by New Orleans Police officers for zealously teaching the Holy Bible. We have young men in this city killing each other, and the New Orleans cops would rather harass us! We diligently teach the word of The Most High, and people willingly stop and listen. Long story short, this is a petition for Mayor Mitchell J. Landrieu of New Orleans. Myself and brother Yaharam, would like to inform him of this matter. The NOPD should be addressed! This is total disgrace! What happened to FREEDOM OF SPEECH? How can you HARASS men of Yahawah for RESDING THE BIBLE when there are MURDERS and other crimes being committed in New Orleans? This is SICK!!!!!
There's is no crime in what we do.. We are trying to help The Streets on New Orleans to become a safer place yet we are being harassed..

You degrade what you don't understand I don't fully understand it either but I get it and they have a thing called freedom of speech I'm sick of these unruly police officers.

Very dissappointed in the NOPD. Too much crime in the city but they are more worried about the bible being spoken of on the sidewalk. There are also caucasian groups whom walk the streets and sidewalks with loud speakers, preaching, but the NOPD has yet to tell them move, leave, or stop. I firmly stand behind this petition.
