"Northgate 111" is the perfect location for a new Trader Joe's in North Palm Springs. Located at Racquet Club and Palm Canyon Drive, the store would be flanked by business such as Modern Home Design Showroom, M Modern Gallery, 111 Antiques, etc. The demand for quality produce and good quality food is growing in North Palm Springs. With the lack of variety of food stores on the north side, the closest Trader Joe's is in Cathedral City. Having a Trader Joe's would increase local revenue for local business on the north side, and our quality of life greatly.
