This is a petition to have Wharfside Eatery (Sandbar Wharf) closed and to call into action immediate investigation of the accounts belonging to said business; for owners Maria Jose-Hernandez and Duncan Morrison to be stripped of the privilege of business and employee management; for any holdings held by the above mentioned parties to be forfeited in order to pay all viable parties.
