Are you an avid cartoon watcher, and miss the old Cartoon Network shows like Chowder, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Kids Next Door, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, etc. Well I propose that we get at least 1,000 signatures to try and get Cartoon Network to make a separate channel with all older cartoons.
