We represent the Private Swim Clubs in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Each of our Clubs are outdoor, private, member-based facilities sitting on several acres of property. Our membership depends on us to provide them with a safe space/environment for their families.

Our Club's management/staff have the ability to post, announce and enforce the CDC and Board of Health guidelines as they pertain to: Ingress and Egress, Attendance/Capacity, Sanitation, Snack Bar Services, and Congregating in confined areas.

Our Clubs are not-for-profit 501c7 organizations; therefore we do not qualify for any federal, state or county grants and loans related to COVID. We depend on our annual membership dues to support our operating expenses, taxes, insurance, utilities, etc. We provide services to numerous families throughout Delaware County. If our Clubs are unable to open for the season, the results will be detrimental and irreversible.

We are petitioning the State and CDC to classify/categorize our entities similar to golf courses, private campgrounds etc., as an outdoor/open space facility - permitting us to open as scheduled on or about June 15th so that we can provide a safe, enjoyable summer for our members.
