Petition to Save the Only "Open Satellite Window" to China BBG: Do Not Hand the "On-Off Switch" of VOA/RFA to Beijing The undersigned appeal to BBG (US Broadcasting Board of Governors), US Congress and US Public to save the only "Open Satellite Window" to China on Eutelsat\'s W5 satellite, so that US based NGO channels such as New Tang Dynasty TV can broadcast to China, and not to hand the "On-Off Switch" of VOA/RFA to Beijing. American tax payers\' money appropriated to BBG should be used to promote the right of free expression, including the freedom "to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers" in accordance with Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
