I have been scouting the trails and looking up at the sky from our backyard and it remains impossible to imagine a tower this tall looming over our quiet town. My inbox is full of messages from neighbors who are just as worried about the impact on our homes as I am.

Seeing the momentum grow tells me that our neighbors care just as much about preserving the rural character of our town as I do. It is heartening to know that so many of you see this industrial structure for the eyesore it is and refuse to let it ruin our backyard.

Not necessary. Anyone with broadband can install a wifi-broadband pico cell in their home if they unhappy with their cell service. Too large, not aligned with Boxford's pro-nature, rural community environment.
I am opposed to granting a variance to erect a large commercial facility in a resedential area for numerous reasons. This venture serves only to profit the land owner at the expense of his neighbors, naturual beauty of Boxford and community/spirit of Boxford as whole
While individuals have the right to do as they please on their own legally acquired property, the height of this particular structure would adversely effect the values of surrounding properties and the town's aesthetic as a whole.
I moved to Boxford to not have to deal with things like this, there is no need for this tower. It would be a blemish on the natural beauty of Boxford, and I can see it making our town less appealing; which does trend well for home resale value.
The potential, if any, demand for service coverage is not in such dire need that a cell tower must be placed directly in the center of a relatively highly populated residential area. Boxford offers enough open spaces a tower could be located in alternate locations with no impact on residents.
The proposed cell phone tower is a grossly overbuilt project that exceeds current and expected future needs, and is sited in the wrong location from a current service standpoint. There is no other structure in Boxford that approximates this size. It is disproportionate to need; cell phone calls are routinely made from the area to East Boxford Village and along Lawrence road up to and through the North Andover live. The tower would adversely affect the natural beauty of Boxford, one of the town's leading physical assets. It also would negatively impact the local environment. As it has not been determined if any sensitive species would be affected, detailed study of species concerns must be given to this project as it has been to every other public project of this type. Home values would likewise be negatively impacted by this excessive structure. Alternative locations at greater distance from town resources, environmentally sensitive areas and homes should be explored fully and presented to town residents as options. the absence of alternatives presented to the town is a striking gap in a typical assessment of cost versus benefit. Sites along Lawrence road at the town border with North Andover would make for a more sensible location given the limited service on Lawrence road in the first two to three miles of North Andover. At the very least, the town should follow standard protocols in evaluating adverse effects of the project, assessing alternative sites, and weighing overall need

my reception is great , who is calling for this tower ? what is reason behind it ? how will community benefit from it ? whose property will it go on? our family has three dif cell companies and we don't have any trouble with reception ,
