Despite having a large LGBTQIA+ community, Orcas Island has never had it's own stand alone Pride event. How can we change this? Easy! We show up and support each other. This petition is very simple and serves as a platform to show support so we can reserve the Village Green for Orcas Pride. If you have further interest in contributing please mention so. What to expect: on Sunday the 23rd of June from noon to 5pm we all gather at the Orcas Village Green for festivities, community, pride, music, dancing, and fun for all ages and all people. Come help us celebrate Pride!
