***Important Notice*** There will be a member referendum on these changes in a special meeting on Monday April 4th at 7:30pm at the Ukrainian Hall (23rd and Brown). If you are in support, please complete a member application at www.ourpark.org, bring your dues, and attend. As resident of the Fairmount/Francisville/Spring Garden community I am deeply upset by the actions of the current board of the Friends of Eastern State Penitentiary Park Board to limit community involvement in said organization by changing FESPP

Alison McDowell is an active member of the Playground Committee of the Friends of Eastern State Penitentiary Park.
Harry Faunce is current president of the Fairmount Dog Owners Group \"Fairmount DOG\" that manages the Eastern State \"Dog Pen\" at Brown and Corinthian.
Alison and Harry feel strongly that the creation of a park at Eastern State should embrace participation by residents of the Fairmount, Francisville, and Spring Garden neighborhoods. A key part of that is the fair and open election of board members to this organization.
