Dear Residents of 501 St. Clair Avenue West & RISE Condominiums.

After an in-depth discussion with The Board of T.S.C.C. 2715, after numerous false fire alarms set off in the public P1 Green P lot, managed by the Toronto Parking Authority, we are asking residents to sign the following online petition to support our demands to the City Council for much-needed additional security and safety measures.

In addition to this petition, we would also ask Residents to submit a formal letter to the management office as soon as possible, addressed to the "Toronto City Hall", discussing their concerns and the issues you have personally experienced.
