Hundreds of gigantic chicken factories are being built all over Northeast Oklahoma and are literally being placed in people’s front and back yards. These factory farms are causing devastating environmental problems for the local residents and the ecology of the Ozark forests and streams. Environmental scientists are finding severe cases of water and air pollution that are causing life threatening illnesses that destroy the well-being and quality of life for the local residents and their communities. A lawsuit against the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture is about to be filed because of recalcitrant lawmakers and do-nothing government regulators. Please sign this petition to add momentum to this cause and put pressure on the Oklahoma government agencies to “do their job and their duty” to enforce the pollution laws and regulations that protect all of us.

I stand with my fellow Oklahomans and their fight for their community and their land.
This is appalling. We need many small farms servicing directly with its surrounding communities not large mass produced anything anymore. This is literally what is creating a toxic environment in the world and it must be addressed. You’re not feeding the world if you’re polluting it and harming others for your profit. These ways must come to an end
This is OUTRAGEOUS. These big food companies cannot continue to go unchecked as they contaminate our precious water ways.
Protect our air and our waters from lax enforcement of clean water statutes by the OK Dept of Agriculture!
My kids play in these creeks and now we are terrified of what is actually in the water. This is heartbreaking to watch happen to our home.
We can not keep killing our planet and our people!
