I just spent the last hour reading through the nightmare stories about people having to drag their elderly relatives to shows just because they paid with the wrong card which is just so incredibly frustrating. It feels like the whole industry has totally forgotten that music is supposed to be something you share instead of this weird prison of digital restrictions. I am still keeping track of every single person who gets in touch with a new horror story so please keep them coming because someone eventually has to listen to us.

RIDICULOUS. what if your car breaks down or you get the flu?? ticketmaster just keeps the money anyway. stop trying to control how we use the things we pay for.
total nightmare. i bought tickets for my teenage daughters birthday and now i have to go with her? she doesnt want me there and i dont want to sit thru it either. fix this mess.

This is a terrible idea and a real disservice to all fans. Many tickets are bought FOR fans and not by them. This new system requires the BUYER to attend, just to gain entry for those he purchased for. What a boondoggle. This is my last 'paperless tkt' concert I will ever attend.
