Hull Street is not safe! Manchester is a growing neighborhood with new apartments, offices, and cafes, but neighbors can't even cross the street because of speeding commuters using Hull Street as a highway into or out of downtown. We propose allowing parking on both sides just like the parking on Hull from Commerce to Cowardin.

This will slow down traffic, make our neighborhood more pedestrian friendly, and encourage visitors to stop and spend some time in our cool neighborhood.
