We, the undersigned residents of The Parks, are writing to express our deep concern and dissatisfaction with the recent change in electricity service providers. The transition has resulted in drastic and unacceptable price hikes of at least 200% compared to the previous provider. Furthermore, the new service desk demonstrates a concerning lack of competence and inefficiency in addressing customer issues.

Demands:

• Immediate Price Review and Reduction: We demand a thorough review of the current electricity tariff structure and a significant reduction in prices to a level comparable to the previous provider. This increase is unjustified and constitutes an unreasonable financial burden on residents.
• Transparency and Communication: We request clear and transparent communication regarding the factors contributing to the price hike and the rationale behind choosing the new provider. We also demand regular updates on any ongoing negotiations or efforts to secure more competitive rates.
• Competent and Efficient Service Desk: We demand a drastic improvement in the service desk's performance. Customer Representatives should be knowledgeable, professional, and able to effectively resolve issues promptly.

This unreasonable price increase and poor service quality significantly impact our lives as residents. We urge the estate management to take immediate action to address our concerns and implement the changes outlined in this petition. We believe that through open communication and collaborative efforts, we can achieve a fair and sustainable solution that benefits all residents of The Parks.
