Substandard Washing Facilities: The washing facilities provided are not up to standard, often broken, and prone to flooding, leading to inconveniences for residents.

Persistent Wifi Issues: Despite promises of a reliable internet connection, the wifi has not been operational for almost two months, hindering residents' ability to work or study from their accommodation.

Lack of Maintenance: Maintenance services have not been adequately provided, resulting in faulty electrics and plumbing issues that compromise the safety and comfort of residents.
