This petition is to agree to hold a special meeting to discuss the removal of HOA Board Members, per Jennifer LaPointe's request. At the Special Meeting you can vote to replace 1-4 Board members. Verbiage from paper petition: "The undersigned co-owners hereby petition the Fairfield Place Condominium Association board of directors to establish and hold a special meeting for the purpose of voting for and/or replacing up to 4 new board members, regardless of two-year seat fulfillment expiration. Jennifer LaPointe will remain on Board. Reason for “new board’ vote: 1) questions on how the community has been managed in the past and/or present. 2) questions the function, protocols, and communication between Board Directors and/or the community. 3) questions regarding accounts receivables/payables, including why board member Jennifer LaPointe had to employ an attorney to access records she is entitled to as a Board Director. 4) questions on the ownership and rental history/handling of unit 6308. 5) questions on litigation case(s) pursued against a board member(s). 6) questions on the maintenance of clubhouse and other common areas. The petitioners ask for a community meeting to be held at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday or Wednesday at the clubhouse or outside in the community during acceptable weather/temps, within 1 week of receiving the signatures amounting to a 50% vote from the co-owners The petitioners must be notified by the Board several days in advance of a scheduled meeting (date, location, and time) and a zoom link option provided for attendance.
