I am writing this petition to address the issue of solar panel installation within our community. My understanding of the HOA bylaws was that they prohibit the installation of solar panels. However, I recently spoke with Tammy, and she informed me that it is possible for homeowners to override this provision by obtaining signatures in favor of solar panel installation from at least 65% of the homeowners which is 241 signatures.

I strongly believe that the installation of solar panels in our community can significantly reduce our electricity bills, especially considering the recent rise in AES electricity costs. Personally, I have witnessed the benefits of solar energy as my father has installed solar panels at his home. His electricity bill has reduced to a mere $15 per month despite keeping the lights on all day and night.

I am prepared to take the initiative to gather the required signatures from homeowners who are in favor of solar panels. I kindly request your assistance and support in this endeavor.
